3. Products and Services Description

We take pride in offering a carefully selected range of gardening solutions, from Greenhouse Kits and Bamboo Grow Lights to Elevated Garden Beds and essential tools.

• Product Information: We strive to display product colors, features, specifications, and availability as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing batches, or natural materials (e.g., bamboo).
• Final Sale Items: To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, certain items are marked as FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. These typically include consumable or perishable goods such as Fertilizers, Flowering Bulb Gardens, and Grow Bags, as they cannot be restored to a resalable condition.
• Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or a suitable alternative.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send you an order confirmation email upon receipt. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract occur when we dispatch the goods to you.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

• You authorize us to charge the total order amount (including shipping and applicable taxes) to your selected payment method.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

We ship globally, excluding Asia and certain remote regions. Our shipping promise is designed with care:

• Processing: Orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. A flat fee of $12.95 applies. Estimated delivery is 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50, via EMS. Estimated delivery is 15-25 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery Estimates: Are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment.
• Import Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our product or shipping prices.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. Our detailed Returns & Shipping Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Key points include:

• Eligibility: Most new, unopened, and unused items in original packaging may be returned within 15 days of receipt. Final Sale items are excluded.
• Process: You must contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-14 business days after we receive and approve the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement, refund, and provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or plants/crops, arising from your use of our products or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Our products are intended for personal, non-commercial gardening use unless otherwise specified. We are not liable for commercial crop losses.
